Bathroom Reveal! — French For Pineapple

I’m not going to bang on (for too long) about how much I love my, I mean our, new bathroom. I think I’ve made that abundantly clear on my instagram posts, but for avoidance of doubt…

I REALLY BLOODY LOVE MY OUR NEW BATHROOM.

This was no small project as I’m sure you’ll already know if you follow me on Instagram. This room was not a bathroom before, so all the plumbing is new, along with a new ceiling, three out of the four walls, and two incorporate the studwork for niches and the arch, and the floor needed levelling too. I’d hazard a guess that it’s the straightest room in the house now. Well in the original part of the house anyway.

It makes me happy literally every time I step inside, and I can’t believe I get to shower in THAT shower every day.

I’ve not used the bath yet. I know. I’m not a bath person. I do intend to become one, but I just haven’t quite got around to it yet. Who knows, maybe tonight will be the night!

Oh, and do I love that the finished room looks just like my mockup? Yes. Yes I do.
